On the 8th draw of 2023,the Canadian Immigration system sent invitations without specifying any particular program. Federal Skilled Workers, Skilled Trade workers, CEC professionals and applicants who have applied for the enhanced Provincial Nominee Program are invited to apply. It is the second time Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) sent 7,000 invitations in 2023, a record invitation (27,332) after the #176th draw published on 13th February 2021.
The Express Entry system is the best pathway for International Workers to move to Canada. It covers the following three programs to help expatriates make Canada their permanent home:
Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) Federal Skilled Trade Program (FSTP) Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
On 16th March 2023, OINP sent invitations through the following streams:
Ontario’s French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream Health, Education and Finance occupations Tech, Trades and Other Priority occupations
On 21st March, British Columbia sent invitations including Skilled Worker EEBC stream and International graduate EEBC stream for the following occupations:
Tech occupations Early childhood educators and assistants Healthcare workers Other priority occupations: NOC 31103,32104
As with the 8th Express Entry draw of 2023, again, seven thousand ITAs have been issued under various immigration programs, including the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trade Program, Canadian Experience Class and Enhanced Provincial Nominee Program, which shows the Canadian immigration system has been updated with Advance technologies and enhanced the speed of application processing.
