On the 10th express entry draw of 2023 Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) sent 3500 ITAs which is 50% less than the last express entry draw #245. This time, a candidate with the lowest score of 486 will receive an ITA on his IRCC secure account and over email. The latest CRS score increased by 5 points from the last express entry draw. This draw was not for any specific program. All eligible candidates, including Federal Skilled Worker Program, Skilled Trade Program, Canadian Experience Program and Enhanced PNP program, will receive an ITA on this express entry draw.
