IRCC has announced its #268th express entry draw, where 3,725 invitations have been sent to express entry applicants with a valid express entry profile and a job seeker validation code.
There should be an update from IRCC in your CCIC account if you have applied for Canadian PR and received a score of greater than 500.

Major update from IRCC for Express Entry
Canada immigration has updated its Express Entry program to remove the upfront medical exam requirement, effective 1 October, 2023. This is a significant change, as it was previously a requirement for all Express Entry applicants and their family members.
