#238 Express Entry draw has announced a total of 5,500 Invitations on 18-01-2023.Under this draw, the Canada Express Entry system has sent invitations to apply under the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trade Program and Canadian Experience Class Program.
The Express Entry system has taken a long time since its last draw of 2022, but in the current year, 2023, the immigration system has rapidly reduced the backlogs of applications, and the 2nd Express Entry Draw of 2023 was held within a week.

Express Entry Latest Draw analysis

On the official website, Canada.ca Ministerial Instructions has yet to identify the particular stream; all invitations go under the Canadian Express Entry system.The CRS score of the lowest-ranked candidate is 490, which is decreased by 17 points from its last draw on 11 January 2023.In this draw, the number of invitations was the same as in the last Express Entry draw, where 5,550 ITAs were sent to people in the express entry pool.

Express Entry Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible under Canada Express Entry, you must create an express entry profile first, and then the system will calculate your CRS. If your CRS is high enough, you will receive an ITA to apply for Canadian PR.
You may still need to create an express entry profile to get Canadian PR.

On 12-Jan-2023, Manitoba issued 322 invitations to Canada immigration candidates.27 LAA were sent to Express Entry candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.

British Columbia PNP Express Entry stream:

On 04 January 2023, British Columbia issued 211 invitations through multiple streams where employers highly prioritized tech occupations. In this draw, 163 invitations were issued to skilled workers and international graduates under EEBC(Express Entry British Columbia) with a minimum score of 105 points.

Ontario PNP Express Entry stream:

On 13-Jan-2023, Ontario issued 1252 Canada immigration invitations through the Express Entry Skilled Trades Stream with a Minimum CRS point of 336.
